Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at +1 267-737-8433 (call or text). We'll send you an RMA number and prepaid shipping label. Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days minus an $8.99 return processing fee.

International orders: Returns are not accepted. Please contact customer service before purchasing if you have questions about our products.

Warranty

Our injection pens are precision mechanical devices built to last. With proper care and handling, you can expect years of reliable use. Like any mechanical tool, they do experience wear over time depending on usage and protocol frequency.

3-Month Manufacturer Defect Warranty:
All pens are covered for 3 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. If your pen fails due to a defect within this period, contact us and we'll work with you on a reasonable solution.

What's Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from improper loading, drops, or misuse
• Accidental damage due to lack of understanding of how to use the device
• Lost or damaged compounds

Important: Please do your research and ensure you fully understand proper use of injection devices before using them. We're happy to answer questions, but proper technique and handling are your responsibility.

Replacement Parts:
If you've dropped your pen and cracked the cartridge holder, replacement cartridge holders are available on our website.
