I purchased a third pen, V1 this time and I really like it better than the V2; personal preference I guess. This time my order was stuck at a shippers location, I contacted pen-depot and they said to wait a day. The next day, without me asking pen-depot checked the shipment and noticed it was still stuck at the same location. They went ahead and sent me a new pen with some extra stuff. Talk about customer service; this is the gold standard! Thank you pen-depot!
